At My DZHosting, we are proud to provide superior quality services to our customers. However, we understand that needs and preferences can change over time. That's why we offer a flexible refund and cancellation policy for our web hosting services.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all of our web hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. To receive a refund, please contact us at support@mydzhosting.com

In conclusion, the following services are not subject to cancellation under the restricted money-back guarantee:

  • Domain Registration and Domain Registration Renewals.
  • Private SSL certificates.
  • Virtual Nameservers and other ‘add on’ products.
  • Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and associated products.
  • Refunds do not include cost of additional services purchased such as WHMCS licenses/license upgrades, domain registration, migrations, dedicated IPs, or other licenses
  • Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS or AUP violations.
  • Domain Registrations/Renewals

    All domain name registrations and renewals are FINAL. Because we have to pay registry fees on our end we cannot process refunds for these transactions.

    In the rare event your domain has a mis-spelling, please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so we can attempt to correct it.

    Cancellations

    If you wish to cancel your web hosting account with My DZHosting, you may do so at any time. Please note that cancellations are non-refundable. If you cancel your account within 14 days of your purchase, you will not be charged for the current month. However, if you cancel after 14 days, you will be charged for the current month and your account will be automatically closed at the end of that month.

    • Cancellation confirmation: Upon making a cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt and recording of your cancellation request.
    • Account deactivation: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will immediately deactivate access to your hosting account.
    • Data backup: Before final account closure, it is advised to backup any data you wish to keep. We do not save data after the final closure of your account.
    • Final account closure: After the end of the current month (or immediately if you cancel within the first 14 days of your purchase), your account will be closed permanently and all data associated with the account will be deleted. Once your account is closed, the data cannot be retrieved.

    Plan Changes

    If you wish to change your web hosting plan with My DZHosting, you may do so at any time. Plan changes are made without additional fees. However, please note that plan changes are non-refundable. .
